Photon Solar is an Alice Springs solar energy business that evolved from our other business, Active Electrical & Air Conditioning.

This was a logical progression. As an accredited Clean Energy Council Solar Designer and Installer, we've been installing solar energy systems since 2009.

The need for a way to pump water that is not fossil fuel reliant is obvious - especially throughout the Alice, NT, SA and from the north of WA to the north of Queensland. In 2013, Photon Solar partnered with Lorentz, a leading manufacturer of solar-operated pumps that run on nature's energy. Designed and engineered in Germany, you know you have a premium product.

As your premium Lorentz supplier, we can now install Lorentz solar pumps to take care of your domestic or commercial water pumping needs in the most economically savvy way. Water for your swimming pool, as well as water for your stock or irrigation purposes, can be efficiently and effortlessly pumped by solar power.

2015 brought upon us an exciting new partnership with world class solar panel manufacturer Sunpower. We are proudly an authorised Sunpower partner able to offer our clients the best panel available, as used at the recently completed 4 Megawatt solar farm at Alice Springs.
